You can check if you are eligible for InvoicePaid+ via our website at https://www.banco.com.sg/eligibility.html
Otherwise, you may provide your contact details to business@banco.com.sg and our business team would get in touch with you to check your eligibility.

You just need to provide
  • 1) Service Contract(s)
  • 2) 12 months bank statements
  • 3) Photocopy of Identity Card or Passport for both shareholders and directors.
We will also require your CorpPass for the e-KYC process. If you do not have a CorpPass, please visit the CorpPass website to set it up.

We only charge a single convenience fee for the InvoicePaid+ service.
There would not be any other charges e.g. account setup fee, annual fee, disbursement fee.

The setup process is simple.
Go to the login page and click Create Account, follow the prompts to complete your registration.

If you are trying to log into your Banco account and you are unable to do so, no worries!

There could be several reasons why this could be the case:
  • 1) You are not our registered user. Feel free to contact us for more information or proceed to create an account with us.
  • 2) You forgot your password. Try resetting your password.

If you forgot your password or the password entered isn't working, you can recover your account using your registered email address:
  • 1) Go to the Login page.
  • 2) Underneath the User Email/Password fields, click Forgot your password?.
  • 3) Enter your email address.
  • 4) Click the Confirm button to trigger One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to your registered email address.
  • 5) Enter the OTP.
  • 6) Enter the New Password and repeat the Password.
  • 7) Click Confirm button to confirm the password.
  • 8) You can now log in using your new password.
How Do I change my Password?
If you wish to change your password on your account:
  • 1) Go to your Settings.
  • 2) Select Account.
  • 3) Under Basic Info, click Change Password.
  • 4) Enter your current Password.
  • 5) Enter the New Password and repeat the Password.
We recommend you change your password from time to time.

Firstly, you must complete the KYC and credit application on our platform. Once the credit application has been approved, you may proceed to submit your invoices.

Your data are hosted on AWS servers – the same highly secure and reliable storage servers used by many major global banks.

You may discontinue the service by giving us a 3 months notice period.

There is no penalty for cancelling the InvoicePaid+ service. However, a 3 months notice period is required.

There is currently a S$50K limit set in place for all new users of InvoicePaid+. If you require a higher limit, please provide your contact details to business@banco.com.sg and our business team would get in touch with you to understand more about your requirements.

Fund transfers are typically completed in 1 business day.

Yes, you can advise us when you want to change your bank account for receiving the funds.

If your customer does not pay within the agreed credit terms, there will be additional fees applicable. You are contractually obligated to repay the amount owed.

You will be informed of your approval status via email and a call within 3 working days after the completion of credit application on our platform.

The InvoicePaid+ service is completely digital and we accept soft copies of your invoices or company documents.
